Heh. Now at val's hse again. =X
Gonna blog abt ytd..
Drums & guitar rawks man. Oh no. Addicted liao.. hahaha.
Jackson took drums lesson. Wow. Very fun. hehes (:
Only know chinghoon out of all the students. =P
Had some icebreaker game where we had to line up in order of our surname, home estate, birthday, school name etc & find out info abt the people next to u. I always end up beside the same few ppl! Hahah!
We learnt:-
1) parts of da drumset
2) different ways of holding sticks
3) brands & sizes of drumsticks
All the theory abt drums.. haha..

After drums was guitar.
Chinghoon and I joined jieru, valerie & fungqi..
Icebreaker was police & thief played seated in a circle..
Kinda complicated to explain here. But basically 2-3 ties were passed ard after being knotted & unknotted until the "police" tie catches the "thief" tie.
Learnt:-
1) parts of a guitar
2) fingering of G, C, D and E minor chords.
3) strumming
The positioning of fingers wasnt easy i tell u! lols.
My fingers just couldnt stay fixed and they kept slipping off the right position.
Eeeks. I gotta practise more "self-control". hahah!
I ordered my guitar package consisting of a guitar, a tuner + guitar bag at $120!
Cheaper than stores.. hehe.

After all the courses, we went to Yamaha!
Bought my 1st pair of drumsticks. =D
It's Pro-Mark 7A. Light, for beginners.
And my 1st guitar pick! tortex brand wid da cute lil tortoise picture. lols. Size 0.73mm. Heh.
Can't wait to get my guitar next week so can prac le! (:

Ahh. So exciting!~

We had service at 4pm. =)=)
Love it lah.
We were taught how to share John 3:16. The FULL version. (:
After service, me and val went down to QQ mian to eat! hahah!
The rice ish nice. Smells gd. And the chili with ikan bilis in it totally rawks. =X
hehes. That's it.

p.s. I just received notice that we're having Hearts' Symphony prac tml night 6-8pm. And after that? OVERNIGHT PRAYER MEETING. Woooow mans. Nv experienced anything like it. Looking forward! (:
