What's this restless feeling of suddenly having nothing to do?
I stand on MRT trains and wanna take out notes to read but there's just no point.
I laze in bed for as long as I want without feeling guilty.
I want to go out or do something but have not made plans yet.
I'm feeling bored.
Suddenly all the 1001 things I can do online are gone once exams ended.
I would rather spend the few minutes before bedtime reading my book in bed under the lamplight than reading my notes. But now, after exams are over, I just wanna fall asleep straightaway.
I suddenly have over 10 smses to reply to this morning. And I spent quite long replying all of them and replying to more replies that come in. I realise I wasted my morning replying smses.
That's why I'm here.
Hahha.
Oh my. During math exam ytd, the song 'Down' was just playing in my head over and over again. Lol. Cos I listened to it while studying math. And this exam was not really done by me. It's God who helped me.
Before exam I closed my eyes to pray and then after I was done and opened my eyes, the invigilator said "You may start now." Hahah. So abrupt! And there's one question where they give you the graph but you have to choose between 4 options (A, B, C, D), which one is the right equation of the graph given. I tried to find the asymptotes by spotting it in the equations but to be honest, I really dunno how to do lah..hahah.
And then this idea came into my head and I used my GC to graph out the equations A, B, C and D to try to find the graph that matches the one in the question. Although they didn't give any coefficients (numbers) in the equations A, B, C, D, (eg. they gave ax^3 + bx^2 + cx, not 3x^3 + 2x^2 + x), I just anyhow substituted in some numbers in my GC. And then I found the graph that matched the graph given. The answer was option C. BUT. The next question nearly made me think it was impossible to solve. --> What is the value (number) of 'a' in the equation? (remember they didn't give us the coefficients)
Desperate, I checked back in my GC for the table values for x and y. AND I REALISED THAT THE ASYMPTOTES IN THE GRAPH IN MY GC AND THE GRAPH IN THE QUESTION ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. Which means that the numbers that I anyhow picked to substitute into the equations are exactly correct. LOL. Happily I wrote down the number I put in for the value 'a' which was 3.
Hahha. I was super happy at that moment. Yay. It's not impossible! Normally this type of question I read already, dun understand, just skip. Haha. I'm very glad I didn't give up! Thank You Lord for helping me!
CG was awesome! And so was the Mind Cafe outing we had after that. It's a games cafe and everything was wonderful. Bonding time is great! After that, went for PGSM preview, it's doubly good. Pastor How was trying to keep the whole thing exciting and not make us feel bored. He's really nice. Haha. There's this part where he said that in the past when people tell their friends, "I'm going to sign up for a tourism course.", their friends would say "HUH you want to be tour guide ah?" That was super funny. LOL.
Ok, I gotta go bathe and try get rid of my headache le..hahhs..byee! (:
